This company and BJ were fantastic! I called on Saturday morning, and they came out the very next day to replace my window. I wasn’t even home—I simply left my key in the car.

Quick and easy repair, front desk was nice and personable. I was lucky they had my back window in stock as it just randomly shattered this morning. Owner sounded like they were having a bad day, but I have worked enough customer service to understand their position. Would recommend this place to others especially if they are in a pinch!!!

So I requested a quote on Sunday, it received it on Monday, I called them Monday afternoon and Tuesday BJ showed up, easy to talk to, a great guy. I'd never seen glass installed before. So I asked allot of questions and he was very patient with me, he answered all questions. He informed me that if I can let my truck sit for a couple of days to let the glue set up. I upgraded my back window to a slider from a single pain glass, so the opening is slightly bigger than the window, this will allow the window to not move while the glue sets up. BJ thanks for the install, so by Friday I should be back in my truck.

Some drunk busted my window at 2:00am and TJ Auto Glass had it replaced before lunch that same day. I didn’t vacuum up the glass myself and I told them they could just leave it in there until I had time to do it. THEY VACUUMED EVERY SHARD AND DIDN’T EVEN CHARGE! These people are angels and I will be returning for any future glasswork.

Do not call Safelite, call TJs! They quoted me -70% less than Safelite and to be honest, I think their technician, Fahim, was likely more experienced! Was thoroughly impressed with their customer service, the quality of their work, and Fahim, the technician deserves not just five stars but a sixth star! He came out right after the big ice storm and freeze, and was done in 45 min! Bravo Fahim!

I was quoted $1200+ at Safelite to replace a windshield on my 2018 Acura MDX. Let's just say when I went to TJ's Autoglass in Manassas, VA I didn't even pay half of that and it was done the same day (maybe 2 hours or so). TJ's will receive my auto glass service from here on it. He's fair, reasonably priced and gets you in and out.

What a wonderful, personable experience this company gave me today. Drove in, without an appointment, very upset that a rock slammed into my windshield on my way home from having my car pass a safety inspection. My car was broken in on a Sunday. My driver side rear windows was broken. Since it was Sunday nobody was ready to take me in. If there was no snowstorm that night I would have waited for a day. Great place! Second windshield we've done here. Seems they always have the right glass in stock and available scheduling. There was a minor concern on this one and they were quick to address, explain, and rectify the issue. Hopefully, we don't have another windshield anytime soon. With all the construction dump trucks in the area, it's bound to happen. Glad we found TJ's.

Outstanding experience! Went above and beyond. Our windshield was destroyed in the middle of our 8.5 hour trip home from PA. They came in on a Sunday (when they are typically closed) and replaced it so that we could continue the trip and get home on that same day. The team was pleasant and efficient. Fantastic business and great pricing! I randomly found a large 10+ inch crack on my windshield so I needed it fully replaced. Called these guys on a Thursday afternoon and they were ready to come to my place to fix it right away. They were professional, clean, and done in about 45 minutes. Good shop to get work done at. Just recently got a windshield replaced here, opted for the Solar Insulated glass. Glad I did, the windshield is noticeably more quiet in rain at highway speeds. Not to mention a month later a rock flew up and chipped it, brought it in and in 20 minutes they filled it for me. Will happily come back for future needs.

Was referred to TJ Autoglass by an Auto shop in Vienna. Was quoted $500+ for a missing top trim piece on my vehicle by a big name glass repair place. TJ repaired the trim for a fraction of that price and was very professional, honest and personable. Lobby area was clean and waiting area was very nice, including a massage chair and coffee. Will return for future auto glass needs.

Yesterday, my windshield cracked while driving, probably from a stone hitting it. It was a big crack & I was not comfortable driving until the windshield was replaced, so I preferred a home visit. My insurance company said the soonest their contracted repair service could schedule was 2 weeks out, either for home or shop visit. I looked up TJ Autoglass.

At first he said it would need to wait a day, but I explained I couldn’t drive until it was replaced, he said he would call back. About an hour later he called and said a tech was on the way. It sounded like that took some coordination. The gentleman who came out was courteous & worked quickly. I greatly appreciate their efforts! The windshield looks great!

My windshield was damaged due to a horrible accident on 66. Glass came flying and fell on my car scratching the paint and damaging the windshield as I was passing by. But this one spot did have a small line which in time would expand and I would have had to replace the windshield. TJ Auto Glass repaired it for a whole lot less than replacing it. I’ve brought three vehicles here over the last 6 or 7 years and the staff and service is consistently excellent. They’ve grown a little since my last visit and really enhanced the comfort of the waiting area to the point it nearly feels like I’m hanging out in my own home. Of the three vehicles I’ve brought, none had issues with the work. One did have a concern with a whistle noise but we brought it back and they took care of it with haste. Overall I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve regularly referred friends and family to stop by when in need. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for glass work on my vehicles.

Fahim (I hope I spelled the name correctly), was here this morning and performed a replacement of the windshield of our Mazda. Now, I have to mention that I am from Germany and I am especially looking for high quality craftsmanship. Fahim, not only did a wonderful and clean job, he also placed all the decals back.
